Add-On Treatments:
Bookings must be made for each add-on treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for each treatment being added to.
Clients can only purchase the same quantity of individual add-on treatments as the number of primary treatments purchased in the pre-pay series.
Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added to and the terms of our refund policy apply.

The single treatment price of the add-on treatment must be equal or less in value than the treatment being added too.

RF Skin Tightening and Hifu Body Treatments:
All prices listed on this website or at www.advancedfaceandbody.online are based on the treated area being no larger than an A4 size piece of paper.
Each additional area at the treated region which is greater than an A4 size will be charged at a rate of $299 per additional area. For example, if a customer’s back is the equivalent size of two and a half A4 size pieces of paper, the customer would be charged $299 plus 2 x $299 for the additional areas.

RF Skin Tightening and Body Hifu “add-on” terms and conditions:
Customers may purchase “add-on” RF and Body Hifu treatments at the “add-on” price listed from time to time if they have purchased a full list price RF of Body Hifu treatment (primary treatment), subject to the conditions set out below.
Bookings must be made for each “add-on” treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for the primary treatment.
Advanced Face and Body may require the customer to undergo any treatment, including “add-on” treatments, on a different day to the primary treatment for health and safety reasons.
Payment for “add-on” treatments must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the primary treatment and the terms of our refund policy apply to such payments: refund policy.
The single treatment price of the “add-on” treatment must be equal or less in value than the primary treatment.
Bookings must be made for each treatment purchased

Only the 15-minute consultations are complimentary (when offered), a consultation of 30 minutes or longer will attract a fee in accordance with the pricing schedule.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments or shared or gifted to other people.

The Advanced Face and Body Price Promise

If you find it cheaper, we will beat it by 10%:
Advanced Face and Body will beat any competitor’s current advertised price by 10% on the same treatment using the same equipment and products (Price Promise). The competitor must be within a 10km radius of the Advanced Face and Body clinic from which the client is claiming the Price Promise. The Price Promise applies to all Body and Skin Treatment services and Retail products. The Price Promise does not apply to prices offered by competitors’ on retail products via an online shopping/retail website. Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Advanced Face and Body reserves the right to contact the competitor to confirm their current price is valid. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Promise. The client must disclose that they will request the Price Promise discount at the time of booking, and at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Promise discount will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received. The Price Promise does not apply to offers made by competitors on group buying, discount or coupon websites. The Price Promise will only apply to Advanced Face and Body's treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated, and recommended for the individual client by one of our Body Treatment specialists, Beauty or Dermal Therapists following a full consultation and physical assessment.

Advanced Face and Body Gift Voucher's

These conditions apply to the use of the Advanced Face and Body Gift Voucher (gift voucher), issued by Advanced Face and Body.
Purchasing or using the gift voucher means that you accept these conditions:

Advanced Face and Body may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gift cards to any person at any time for any reason.
If you let another person use your gift voucher, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.
The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the Advanced Face and Body clinic from which the gift card was purchased.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.
Anyone holding the gift voucher can use its value to make purchases so your gift voucher should be kept secure. If your gift voucher is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the Advanced Face and Body clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value from being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift voucher.
We may replace a faulty, lost, or stolen gift voucher at our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift voucher will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift vouchers will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift vouchers to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.
We may cancel any gift voucher, or the gift voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains the property of Advanced Face and Body.

GIFT VOUCHERS WILL EXPIRE 36 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE IN LINE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the Date of Issue. After the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. The unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Advanced Face and Body.

Body and Skin pre-paid Packages, Vouchers, and Coupons

The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
Clients may purchase as many body and skin packages as allowed per coupon voucher advertised at https://advancedfaceandbody.online, however, payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The full amount of the package, voucher, or coupon is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.
Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
Appointments canceled, missed, or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. However, the retail products recommended in each skin package can be exchanged for another retail product of the same RRP value.
An Advanced Face and Body Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the prepaid skin package, voucher coupon purchased, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book their treatments in around two weeks in advance so that there are available appointments.
All treatments within the skin package, voucher coupon must be redeemed at the clinic the skin package was originally purchased.
All body and skin prepaid packages, voucher coupons have a 6-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.

Client’s must inform Advanced Face and Body of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/retail products and a consent form must be signed.
The client needs to follow all at-home protocols recommended by the Advanced Face and Body Therapist. This may include skincare and dietary guidelines.

Skin Treatments “add-on” terms and conditions:

Customers may purchase “add-on” skin treatments at the “add-on” price listed from time to time if they have purchased a full list price treatment (primary treatment), subject to the conditions set out below.

An Advanced Face and Body Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
All treatments within the body package must be redeemed at the clinic the body package was originally purchased.
All body packages have a 6-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.

Advanced Face and Body would like to collect and process:

Photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings, and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.
To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.
If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a client release form, which is a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by Advanced Face and Body both now and in the future.
You agree that you will follow the recommended treatment plan, outlined to you by your Advanced Face and Body therapist, and you will remain within a 1kg range of your original recorded weight until the end of your treatment program and for the purpose of your photos. If you do not, Advanced Face and Body has the right to request the monies that have been outlined in the treatment plan and charge you the full treatment plan pricing.
By signing the release you agree that Advanced Face and Body may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.
You grant Advanced Face and Body the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.
You grant Advanced Face and Body the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media.
You understand Advanced Face and Body may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge Advanced Face and Body, its agents, officers, and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.
